Who we are
APSEM is an association of self-governed, non-profit post-secondary education institutions and programs in Myanmar, its border regions, and online. It currently networks 35 founding institutions. The Association connects its members, builds their capacity, develops shared quality standards, and amplifies their collective voice — so more students can access quality education and move between programs.
